Asparagus & Cashews Recipe


Steam the asparagus in a metal steamer over boiling water for about 6 to 7 minutes. Drain.

Combine asparagus with sesame oil, lemon juice, marjoram, and Delinut cashews. Serve.



1-1/2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces

1 Tablespoon sesame oil

3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon marjoram

2 Tablespoons chopped toasted Delinut cashews, unsalted
